Payment Terms

All course fees for our reporter-to-editor linking courses must be paid in full prior to course commencement. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer and other secure options as specified at checkout.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, you may receive a full refund minus any applicable administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date are not eligible for refund unless the course is cancelled by us.

Course Access and Digital Content

Once course materials are accessed or downloaded, refunds will not be provided except in cases of technical failure or error on our part. Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements before enrolment.
